The package will be delivered to a DHL service point. You will be notified via SMS/email. Ships to: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary.
Delivery Time
The normal delivery time is 1 – 5 business days from when we confirm your order via email. For orders placed during holidays, the delivery time is calculated from the first business day after the holiday. If you have not received your order within 5 business days, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service at info@itsheey.com, and we will assist you. Suppose for any reason Heey! is unable to deliver your order and has informed you of this. In that case, you have the option to cancel the purchase by contacting our customer service as indicated above.
Unclaimed Packages/Shipments
Packages delivered to a service point will be returned to Heey! if not picked up within 7 days from the notification of arrival. If this occurs, you will be charged a fee of SEK 200 for costs related to Heey!'s administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling. Unclaimed packages are generally not considered as an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
